Privacy policy

VA Shortlist is published by Outsourcing Insider, a VA MASTERS company. This page explains what data we collect when you visit.

What we collect

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We don't use it to identify you, and we've turned off optional data sharing with Google.
• Emails you send us: if you email us (for a listing or a correction), we keep your message and contact details to reply and handle the request.

We don't sell personal data, run ads, or use forms that collect personal information on this site.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts and Google Analytics. These providers process technical data (like IP addresses) to deliver their services.
